Gorilla® Heavy Duty Expanding Foam

This multi-purpose, fast-curing* expanding foam  fills, seals, and insulates . Perfect for a variety of applications, the straw applicator allows it to expand into gaps and cracks without overflowing, resulting in a cleaner finish—ideal for sealing against air, moisture, and even pests! Perfect for attics, ducts, doors, windows, skylights, crawl spaces, floors, masonry, plumbing, vents, ceilings, walls, and more!

Preparation

Always wear safety glasses, gloves and appropriate work clothes when using foam.

Cured foam is difficult to remove from skin, clothing, and other surfaces. All surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, and oil. Shake the can for 60 seconds and immediately attach the straw applicator by screwing it firmly onto the valve stem. Test the dispensing pressure/foam expansion in a location other than the project.

APPLICATION 

Press the trigger to release the foam. The product dispenses best when the can is held upside down.

When applying foam, only fill the gap to 40%, as the foam will expand after dispensing. The foam may continue to expand beyond the straw after use.

*The foam will be dry in 8-12 minutes, can be cut after 45 minutes, and will fully cure in 8 hours. Cure time will vary depending on temperature and humidity.

Once cured, trim excess foam. Cured foam can be trimmed, sanded, and painted. Do not leave cured foam in direct sunlight without painting.
