Terms and conditions for orders placed via lysyorzel.pl

1. Introduction

1. The owner and operator of the online store available at lysyorzel.pl is Carbon Clean Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: Mazowiecka 72/86, 87-100 Toruń, entered into the National Court Register under number 0000787684.
2. Carbon Clean Poland Sp. z o.o. enables the purchase of goods via the Internet at: www.lysyorzel.pl (the “STORE”).
3. The administrator of customers’ personal data is Carbon Clean Poland Sp. z o.o., Mazowiecka 72/86, 87-100 Toruń.
4. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to all Store users and define the rules for registration and use of a Store account, rules for electronic reservation of goods available in the Store (“GOODS”, “GOOD”), placing orders, and concluding sales agreements.
5. Every Store user may access these Terms at any time by clicking the “Store Terms and Conditions” link on the Store website.
6. Information about Goods in the Store, including descriptions and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code, in accordance with these Terms.
7. Goods are described in detail. The website contains information about their properties, price, etc.
8. Photos and presentations are for illustrative purposes of specific models of Goods.

2. Rules of using the Store and concluding sales agreements

1. Carbon Clean Poland Sp. z o.o. enables the conclusion of sales agreements via the Internet and provides other services described in these Terms.
2. A sales agreement is concluded between the Store user (“CUSTOMER”) and Carbon Clean Poland Sp. z o.o.
3. Using the Store requires reading and accepting these Terms.
4. Customer data provided during ordering must be accurate and up to date. The Store may refuse order processing if the data is incorrect or prevents delivery.
5. Each purchased product includes a VAT invoice. The Store is not responsible for incorrect customer data.
6. The Customer is obliged to:
   • not provide unlawful content;
   • use the Store without disrupting its operation;
   • not send unsolicited commercial information;
   • use the Store in a way that is not burdensome to others;
   • use content only for personal purposes.

3. Conclusion of the sales agreement

1. Orders may be placed:
   • via the website (online),
   • by email: kontakt@lysyorzel.pl,
   • by phone: +48 501 635 502.
2. Online orders are accepted 24/7. Email and phone orders are handled on business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00).
3. Orders can be placed without account registration.
4. Completing all required fields is necessary to place an order.
5. The Customer selects Goods, adds them to the cart, and proceeds through the order process.
6. Before confirming with “Order and Pay”, the Customer can modify the order. Confirmation implies obligation to pay.
7. Order confirmation constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.
8. The Customer receives an email with order details after placing it.
9. The agreement is concluded once the Store confirms order acceptance.
10. The agreement is concluded in Polish.
11. The Customer may cancel the order before confirmation is received.
12. The Store may refuse orders if:

• delivery data is incomplete,
• payment is not authorized,
• payment is not received within 7 days.

4. Availability of goods

1. All goods are available.
2. In rare cases, goods may be unavailable due to simultaneous orders.
3. If unavailable, the Customer will be informed and offered options (partial fulfillment, delay, or cancellation).

5. Delivery and delivery costs

1. Cash-on-delivery shipments are available only in Poland.
2. Delivery costs depend on the method and destination.
3. Free delivery applies above certain order values.
4. Orders are shipped within up to 3 business days after confirmation.
5. During promotions, delivery may take up to 7 days.
6. Business days: Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
7. Delivery is handled by courier companies (InPost, GLS).
8. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.
9. The Customer should inspect the package upon delivery.
10. Failure to collect a COD shipment may require prepayment for future deliveries.

6. Payment methods

1. Available payment methods:
   • cash on delivery,
   • bank transfer,
   • fast online payments (Blue Media).
2. Proof of purchase is included with every order.

7. Prices

1. Prices are in PLN and include taxes.
2. The price at checkout is final.
3. The Store reserves the right to change prices and promotions.

8. Warranty, returns, exchanges, complaints

1. All goods are new and original.
2. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason.
3. Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
5. Exchanges are possible within 14 days.
6. Complaints may be submitted for non-conformity of goods.
7. The Store responds to complaints within 14 days.
8. If a complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
9. The Store is liable for defects under statutory warranty.

9. Personal data, security and protection

1. Providing consent for personal data processing is required to place an order.
2. Data is processed for order fulfillment and optionally marketing purposes.
3. The Customer has the right to access and modify their data.
4. The Store applies appropriate security measures.
5. The Customer may request data deletion or withdraw consent.
6. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing messages.

10. Final provisions

Disputes are resolved by the competent court.

Acceptance of these Terms is required to make purchases.

The Customer can review the Terms before placing an order.

The Store may amend the Terms at any time.

Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.
