Online Store — Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Right to return or exchange
   1.1 If purchased items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 14 days, provided the products have not been used and retain their original tags and labels. Returns or exchanges after the 14‑day period are possible only with the express approval of a Store representative.
2. Condition of returned goods
   2.1 Returned or exchanged goods must be in an unaltered condition: they must have original labels attached and show no signs of use, such as dirt, mechanical damage or other defects.
   2.2 Pack the returned goods securely (e.g., wrapped in foil or paper) to prevent damage during transport.
3. How to return or request an exchange (by post or courier)
   3.1 Contact us in advance by e‑mail at sklep@lysyorzel.pl or by phone/WhatsApp at +48 514 502 503 to notify us of your intention to return or exchange items.
   3.2 After contacting us, pack the product(s) you wish to return (you may use the original packaging). Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

6.2 This Returns and Exchanges Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Processing returns and refunds
4.1 After we receive the returned goods, a Store representative will contact you by e‑mail or by the telephone number provided with your order or return details.
4.2 If the return is accepted, we will, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, either exchange the goods or refund the purchase price to the account provided by you. Refunds will be made using the same payment method where practicable.
4.3 If the return is not acceptable (for example, the goods show signs of use or are missing original labels), we will inform you within 14 days of receipt and, at your request, return the goods to you at your cost.

Applicable regulation
5.1 Consumers’ statutory rights and the right of withdrawal are governed by the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and, where applicable, by EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. These provisions set out the 14‑day withdrawal period and related obligations for distance contracts.
