SeaFoam Spray Cleaner & Lube 340g

Sea Foam Spray is  a blend of cleaning and lubricating petroleum ingredients that can be  SAFELY used  in all types of  2- and 4-stroke petrol engines .

**NOT  for use in diesel fuel intake systems

Use Sea Foam spray to safely clean and lubricate critical areas in the upper engine where fuel cleaners cannot reach.

Sea Foam Spray works through the upper air intake of your gas engine, dissolving harmful deposits and sludge from the intake passages, intake valves, and combustion chamber areas. Help your engine run cleaner and last longer!

Applications

**DO NOT spray on the mass air flow sensor.

**DO NOT use the scan tool to increase RPM through the air bypass valve.

**DO NOT use with diesel engine air intake systems.

For gas fuel injection

1. Start the engine to warm up the intake , then turn off the engine and accessories (radio, air conditioning, headlights, etc.).
2. Loosen and remove the intake cover from the throttle body.
3. With the hook guide and cleaning tube positioned in the throttle body, place the nozzle end of the tube 1cm in front of the throttle plate where the throttle plate opens from the nozzle.
4. Reinstall the intake cover onto the hook guide and throttle body.
5. After parking the vehicle and applying the parking brake , start the engine and maintain the engine speed at a constant 2000 rpm for the duration of the operation.
6. Spray continuously  until the contents are empty  (approximately  5 – 7 minutes )
7. Then turn off the engine and remove the intake cover to recover the hook guide and tube.
8. With the engine off , reinstall the intake cover  onto the throttle body and  allow the engine to warm up for 10 minutes.
9. After soaking  , start the vehicle and drive under load for 10 minutes or longer. If safe to do so, accelerate hard  to burn off any remaining hydrocarbons .**
