Super Strong, Extremely Flexible

E6000 Premium does not harden after drying. Instead, it remains a stretchable, flexible, and strong rubber that bonds to almost any surface it is applied to. Once fully cured, E6000 can stretch up to nine times its original size, yet is still strong and durable enough for heavy-duty repairs.

This incredible flexibility makes E6000 ideal for applications where a more brittle glue like CA superglue would break, such as in fabrics and clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc.

E6000 is:

E6000 Premium sets in approximately 20 minutes and cures in 24 hours. Depending on materials and temperature, maximum strength may not be achieved for 48 to 72 hours.

APPLICATION

Follow the step-by-step instructions when using the E6000:

Make sure you use the glue in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.

– The product can be used at temperatures between 10 and 32° C.

The surface should be  clean, dry, and free of dirt . For best results, sand the surface before use.  Test a small area before full application.

1.)  Plug the hole in the neck of the tube with the cap.

2.)  Apply directly to any surface being bonded or repaired.  Allow to partially cure for approximately 2 minutes before covering the surface .

It cures by evaporation  of the solvent and forms an instant bond.

3.)  Allow the adhesive to cure for  24 hours . Do not attempt to move or load the bonded surfaces before 24 hours have passed.

To  speed up drying time, heat with a hand dryer  on a low setting. Keep the dryer at least 20cm from the surface.

4.)  To easily remove the cap in the future, apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the tube threads before replacing the cap.

Uncured adhesive  can be cleaned  with  citrus-based  solvents  . Cured material can be removed by cutting or scraping.

*The glue  shrinks as it dries, so we recommend using it liberally when applying and clamping the surface if possible.

** Not recommended for use on Styrofoam or paper products . Not recommended for use on items that come into contact with food, drinking water, or animals.  Do not dry clean.

The product may thicken when stored at lower temperatures, but will not freeze. If the product thickens at lower temperatures, warm to room temperature before using.
