ClearWeld Professional is a fast-setting, multi-purpose, two-part epoxy resin that provides a strong, permanent bond on most surfaces, including tiles, most plastics, ceramics, glass, wood and metal.

ClearWeld has a 1:1 mix ratio , sets in  5 minutes  , and cures in 1 hour. With a tensile strength of 3900 PSI, ClearWeld™ creates a tough, durable bond.

All JB Weld syringes feature a unique dispensing system that allows users to re-seal the product, preventing the epoxy or glue from air curing, allowing it to be used again and again

Application:

**The mixing process for this product is extremely important! Mix thoroughly for approximately 30 seconds to ensure the 2 parts are well combined. Failure to do this step correctly may result in the adhesive not working properly. Mix thoroughly!

Step 1: Prepare the surface

Clean the surface of any dirt, grease, oil, paint, or loose debris. For best results, use a detergent or degreaser to clean the surface, then sand it with a file or coarse sandpaper to ensure the best repair.

Step 2: Mix

After removing the replaceable tip, press the plunger and squeeze equal amounts of each of both components onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly using the disposable to combine the parts.

Step 3: Apply

Apply an even layer using the appropriate tool. Shape and adjust as needed to evenly cover the surface of the bonded area.

Step 4: Dry

It takes 5 minutes to set. Full hardening occurs in 1 hour, although we recommend waiting 24 hours before interacting with objects after setting, if possible.

Avoid touching or moving the product during the drying process.
